we have free shipping, no matter where you are in the world, so we will ship your item to america, australia, europe, or anywhere in the world (except Italy.

our stock is held in china, so shipping will take approx 10-21 days from the moment your payment has cleared. we have kept the shipping free, but this means that it is not going to be the speediest service around, and due to the products being shipped from china, express delivery is going to be very expensive, which we have decided not to offer, as they seemed unreasonably high. after all, we want to bring our customers and members value as well as a reliable service.

also, due to our stock being in china, we do not currently have stock issues like many uk companies. we have stock of pretty much everything that we display, and can fulfill any bulk order. please note that due to shipping costs, if you are ordering more than 5 items, then we will split the items into batch's of 5, and ship in seperate parcels. meaning that all items may not arrive at the same time. this is to keep the costs low, and is less likely to be questioned when passing through international customs (other uk shops are having stock issues due to consignments being confiscated and we want to avoid this issue)

as a rough guide, shipping to the uk has recently been taking approx 14 days.

if ordering on friday or saturday, your order will normally be despatched on a sunday night (uk time)

please note that if your country imposes any import taxes, that you will be held responsible for these. idgamez-2-U will not be held responsible for any regional taxes imposed during transit/delivery.

as of 12th August 2009, we will no longer deliver to Italy. this is due to massive time delays placed on imported good going through customs. we have heard of some cases where parcels have taken 2 months to go through the customs procedure. Due to these delays, and the complications it can cause in the shop/customer relations, it is easier for us to refuse any orders whose destination is in italy. we apologise for having to do this, and any orders placed for italian addresses will be instantly refunded to source of payment and an email of explanation.
